Refund policy

We want you to love your Alene & Co. products! Due to the nature of our formulations and commitment to product purity, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, your satisfaction is important to us, so please review our policy below

Returns

  • Returns are accepted on unused, unopened items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, please contact us at helloaleneandco@aleneandco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items, gift cards, and custom products are final sale and not eligible for return.
