Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only (for now).

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us at [your email] within 5 days with photos so we can help.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
