Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment:
  Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at [your email] with your order number.

• After Shipment:
  Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for further options.

• Pre-Orders:
  Pre-order purchases may be canceled up until the item has entered production/packaging. Once the order is in process, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds for Canceled Orders:
  If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
